RETURNS & EXCHANGES
MYST pieces are created with precision and intention, each handcrafted from raw, naturally formed gold and ethically sourced gemstones.
We stand by the integrity of our craftsmanship and want you to feel completely confident in your purchase.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return or exchange if the following conditions are met.
Eligibility
All returned items must be in their original, as-sold condition—free from wear, damage, or alteration—and must include all original packaging, certificates, and documentation.
Any item that shows signs of modification or handling beyond the initial inspection will not be eligible for return.
Timing
Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method only after the item has been received, inspected, and verified to be in new condition by our studio team.
Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces
All custom designs, bespoke commissions, or made-to-order works are considered final sale and are not eligible for refund.
In some cases, an exchange for size adjustment may be permitted within 14 days of receipt, subject to review and approval by our studio.

Return Shipping
Clients are responsible for all return shipping, insurance, and handling costs.
We strongly recommend insured shipment using a traceable carrier. MYST cannot assume responsibility for lost or damaged returns.
Refunds cannot be processed until the returned item arrives in satisfactory condition at our facility.
Return Procedure
1. Contact Us Within 7 Days
Email hello@mystmmxx.com within 7 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization (RA).
Our team will review your request and provide detailed instructions for secure return.
2. Receive a Return Authorization (RA) Number
Once approved, you will be issued a Return Authorization Number. This number must accompany all return correspondence and packaging.
3. Ship the Item Within 30 Days
Return shipments must be securely packaged, insured, and sent so they arrive within 30 days of the original delivery date.
Please include your name, email address, order number, and RA number inside the package.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify hello@mystmmxx.com within 7 days of delivery.
We will assess the issue and arrange for repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
Additional Notes
MYST reserves the right to limit, refuse, or delay a return or refund based on inspection results or internal policy.
Transaction and payment processing fees are non-refundable.
